The minimum order amount varies by product type and shipping zone. For conditioned products (chocolate bars): minimum €100 excl. VAT in all zones. For frozen products (mousse cakes): minimum €200 excl. VAT for the Netherlands & Flanders, and €1,000 excl. VAT for Germany and Belgium (Wallonia).

No, Sucre & Co exclusively supplies business customers (B2B). A valid Chamber of Commerce or VAT number is required for registration.

Yes, volume discounts are automatically applied at higher order quantities. Tiered prices are visible in your account after logging in.

Chocolate bars are shipped conditioned at 18–20°C from Dordrecht. Mousse cakes are shipped frozen at -18°C from Amsterdam. Each warehouse is optimised for its product type, guaranteeing quality.

Preparation time is 1–3 business days. After dispatch: Netherlands 1 business day, Belgium 1–2 business days, rest of Europe 2–5 business days. For mousse cakes to NL & Flanders: ordered on weekdays before 17:00 = delivered next business day.

Yes, we export worldwide — including the United States, Gibraltar and the Middle East. For non-EU exports we handle everything: from customs documents to refrigerated transport. Contact us for a custom quote.

Netherlands & Flanders: conditioned free (min. €100), frozen €20 (free from €1,000, min. €200). Germany & BE Wallonia: conditioned free (min. €100), frozen €250 (free from €1,000, min. €1,000). Rest of EU: conditioned €20 (free from €1,000), frozen not available. Non-EU: custom quote.
