Modular, like building blocks: every board is a compartment. They sit tightly side by side in the box: two boards fill the box for 2, six boards fill the box for 6. Nothing slides and no filler material is needed. Compose each box exactly as you like, six flavours or six times the same, and lift one out without touching the rest.

Tip from practice: a dab of glucose on the board and the pastry stays put. It will not slide during transport and releases easily when serving.
